2. Admissions Policy

  • Any falsified documentation or misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification or dismissal.

  • Admission into specific programs is subject to capacity and regulatory approval.

3. Course Delivery

  • CMTC provides training through a combination of classroom learning, practical sessions, field attachments, and virtual resources.

  • Course structure, schedules, and trainers may change due to curriculum updates or operational adjustments.

  • Clinical practice is facilitated through Cleveland Community Hospital and other approved partner facilities.

4. Payment Policy

  • All tuition fees, registration charges, and related payments must be made in full according to CMTC’s fee schedule.

  • All payments made to CMTC are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to tuition fees, booking fees, application charges, or deposits.

  • In case of withdrawal, dismissal, or inability to attend, students shall not be entitled to any refund or transfer of fees.

  • Late or incomplete payments may lead to denied access to classes, examinations, results, or certification.

5. Cleveland Caregiving Services

  • Clients requesting caregiving services agree to provide accurate information about the patient’s condition and care needs.

  • Caregivers are dispatched based on availability, skill match, and health requirements of the client.

  • CMTC ensures caregivers are professionally trained but does not assume liability for care outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or third-party actions.

  • All caregiving arrangements are subject to revision based on case reviews or caregiver availability.

6. Cleveland Community Hospital

  • The hospital serves as both a public healthcare provider and a clinical training facility for CMTC students.

  • By seeking services, patients consent to possible participation of student trainees under supervision.

  • CMTC does not guarantee specialized treatment for complex cases and may refer patients to external facilities where needed.

  • Fees for services rendered at the hospital are not refundable once the service is delivered.

7. Study Abroad Services

  • CMTC Study Abroad offers facilitation services such as advisory, institutional referrals, visa guidance, and document preparation.

  • We do not guarantee admission into any foreign institution, nor do we guarantee visa approval.

  • All placements, approvals, and permits are subject to third-party decisions by embassies and host institutions.

  • Application fees and related service charges for study abroad processing are non-refundable under all circumstances.
